3/29/10 Hus Ski / Diablo Map Chat

Hi All,
Looks like Vintage Sledding for 2010 has slowed down. I can tell by the chat on the forum that many of us (including me) is taking a short reprieve from being overly active on the site. But that's ok! You all participated this year more than any other year and continue to help make this a great site to visit. So thanks for all that.
My son (Mr Wizard) was home this past weekend and helped me with a couple of website opportunities. One being our map needed to be reconstructed. In time, I will have to re-enter everyone's name and tack on the map. You can see it in progress from the home page.
Another thing we updated was my email address. I'll be sending a note out to all, but for now to you all, it's bruce@gogodiablo.com. I will still get emails forwarded from my old address for a while though.
On other thoughts, I'm considering having a sort of day long Hus Ski / Diablo clinic this summer. I'm considering picking a Saturday in August to open up the shop for a day of Hus Ski and Diablo conversation and fun. We could set up some exhibits (carb rebuilding, engine reconditioning, bogie repairs, etc) and people could bring their machines and parts too. Maybe a little swap meet of Hus Ski / Diablo parts if you have some to share with others. We could have a cookout, bon fire and a few drinks to toast our hobbies. More to come on that.
