6/3/10 Trip To Ontario Chat

Hi All,

Summer must officially be here. The mosquitoes are thick and the wood ticks are out too. Seems to be a great time to stay out of the woods and home working on summer fun stuff like swimming, cooking out and working on your Bolens.

Just kidding. Now is a great time for camping too. So whatever your pleasure, hope you get out and have a good time.

Next Friday June 11th, I'll be heading up to Ignace, Ontario for a week of fishing with my son and some other buddies of mine. If some of you Canadian Folk are in the area and want to chat, let me know and maybe we can set something up. Also, if you are looking for a big Diablo part, a Hus Ski Ski Seater, a Hus Ski Fender or something like a Hus Ski ski seater tool box, I could haul one up that way and save on shipping.

Hope all is well in your world. Love Life

Hi all,

I'm back from Ontario. The weather and fishing were great and it was a good time by all. While there and also on the way back, I obtained a few Diablo parts along the way. When I went through the border crossing, the officer asked my the typical questions like where I was, where I live, reason for visit and the ever important question, am I bringing anything back from Canada.

Well, I had to answer that I picked up some Vintage Snowmobile Parts. He looked at me and asked how did I manage to buy snowmobile parts while on a fishing trip. I gave him the simple answer that the purchase was pre-arranged. He paused for a second, handed me our passports and said "Have a nice day".

It's good to be home.
