Hi all,
The Hus Ski / Diablo Workshop is 4 weeks out. For those coming from out of town, there is a Packer Game that evening at 7:00 PM, so combining a day at the Workshop with a night at historic Lambeau Field is an option. Also, there are several attendees expecting to stay at the shop and camp out Saturday night, so that is an option too. Knowing there is a Packer Game in town, if you need a hotel, please plan early.
The agenda of the Workshop is still as planned (engines, carbs, gearboxes, Bogie Wheels & Hus Ski tracks). We are also hoping to have Mike R come up from Oconomowoc and demonstrate how the professionals put on a seat cover.
While out for supper tonight with the family at our favorite Chinese Food Restaurant, my fortune cookie read "You will attract cultured and artistic people to your home". I said to Mrs. Schoobytwo, I got a fortune related to the Workshop and read it out loud and she laughed almost hysterically. Geez, what was that all about?
Anyway, hope you are taking some time to get your Vintage Sleds restored or fixed up before the snow is back in town and looking forward to seeing many of you on the 14th.
Bruce

Bruce, That was probably a ancient Chinese secret you just let out of the bag
Down here in Horicon I have been working slow n steady on a 80 JD Liquifire that I am putting a 1996 polaris x-tra 10" suspension in along with the drive shaft & gear box. Although I really should be working on my Diablo, because when I had it at Earls Jalopy ride it had some issues on the way back from the ride that we took.
Maybe that will be next on my list of things to do.
With the Packers in town that will make things a bit congested for sure & Hotels at a premium. Renee & I may stay at a relatives or just head back south to the home ranch, we are undecided as of yet.

Hi all,
Two of our Workshop attendees wanted to see the Packer Game that evening. I bought 4 tickets and have two left if anybody is interested. The game starts at 7:00 PM, so there is plenty of time to come to the Workshop and then make the game after.
Contact me if interested,
Bruce
