68 Hus-Ski
I responded to an add tonight, it read
"For Sale 68 Hus-Ski single track has been in my family for over 40 years runs good, ski thing needs skis $200 OBO"
This is what I brought home

Funny thing is...I would have brought it home also. I have a very "special" purchase coming tomorrow. I'll post photos.

Re: 68 Hus-Ski
It arrived and I really don't know what to call it. Maybe Jeff and I should have a race someday. The motor mount for a JLO 148cc was in position, ready for me to put in an engine. The two front skiis are missing from this machine if you were wondering how it turned.

Looks like someone got ahold of a 200-A, a welder, and a bottle of whiskey? Oh.
Perhaps this thread should have been titled "Toy Story 4"?

Re: 68 Hus-Ski
I think it would be interesting to have a photo archive of these odd attempts at perfecting an already perfect machine. An eventual exhibtion with a prize for the ugliest modification would be the climax.
Re: 68 Hus-Ski
You have to rebuild this, you have the welder, I will send you the whiskey.
